WLC College Review by Mrs. Kumkum Nongrum

Mrs KumKum Nongrum is currently employed by the Royal Bank of Scotland as Head - HR & Engagement, R&C. She is a leading industry expert for Talent Management, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Leadership Management, Performance Management, Banking, Recruiting, Team Management, MIS and HR Transformation.

Mrs. Kumkum is a member of WLC College’s Employer’s Council. The council is a platform for industry subject experts to come together and design the curriculum for our management courses.  This process helps to make WLC College’s management courses, the most industry relevant programmes in the sector.

Mrs. Kumkum shares her thoughts about the program:

“Very well conceptualized and structured. The concept is able to derive better benefits as it is restricted to specialized professionals for curriculum design especially in areas of hardcore subject matter.”

The programmes are offered to students applying for PG aspirants from any stream. There are 4 levels in the programmes being offered. The first 2 levels help to build a strong base in core business subjects i.e. marketing, HR and finance.  The third and fourth level gives the student an opportunity to specialize in field which is of interest to the student.

wlc review by shreyika Bharadwaj

I am Shreyika Bharadwaj. I studied at WLC College for my graphic design training. The college has excellent facility for students who want to get into this field.
I started my course to develop my computer application skills in designing. The first year of the course was dedicated to our drawing and illustrative ability. I was always good at drawing so this came naturally to me. But designing illustrations for corporate projects is very different. I learnt different techniques for enabling a concept as the whole class worked on these projects.
The next part of development was the traineeship. This is was my first experience of working in an office. Since, we were also provided a stipend, I enjoyed this opportunity immensely. The exposure was important for me as it helped me to understand how to move ahead in my work.
The faculty at the college played an instrumental role in our development. They maintained a close relationship with all the students and helped us individually to bridge the gaps in our work. This sort of interaction is very important for any student picking up a career at the creative side.
The college itself had all the facilities necessary to exploit our talent. The library and Computer lab provide excellent resources. We students are also given opportunity to visit various conferences to help understand the overall functioning of the industry.
I would recommend the college to all aspiring graphic designers.

WLCI Review By Kinjal Thakkar

My Experiences with WLC college

Hello friends,

I am Kinjal Thakkar. I would like to share my experience with WLCI College.
WLC College is very different from most management colleges in India. The study materials which this college provides are known as pre-studies is unique in knowledge as it provides a glimpse into the topics that will be taught during the lecture.
WLC provides opportunity for internships where we can learn and earn and have an experience for 2 years which would help us as additional qualification in our resume.
Though I am post graduate, my resume has lacked the practical knowledge I need in my resume.WLC has enabled me to fill this gap.
Along with lectures we have to attend and deliver in workshops and projects which is based on real corporate examples that helps us to enhance our knowledge and our quality of work, while constantly assessing the key areas for improvement.
The Cutting-Edge camp, which is an annual meet at the Noida Campus;  is full of knowledge and experience and helps us interact with various well known and experienced professionals like Gen. Seth, who is Former Governor of Tripura and Chattisgarh , Col.Sunil Prem and Sukdeepak Sir whose experience has helped me to understand my priorities and plan my progress and growth in career. I feel I can achieve my dream goals with this experience.

I am satisfied and lucky to be a student of this college.
