WLC College - Refund of registration fee

WLC College India offers you online and offline mode of payment option to ease your application process. Along with this privilege, you are accustomed to follow certain norms and guidelines. 


  1.         All payments are required to transact prior to the commencement of the programme.
  2.        Legally, the college reserves the right to change the fees at anytime.
  3.         After the declaration of the acceptance result, applicant is allotted 3 working days to complete the payment requirements.
  4.         The college cannot be held liable if the payment isn’t made to WLC College India (WLCI), due to applicant quoting an incorrect account number and/or personal detail.
  5.         If the payment is refused and/or declined by the credit/debit card supplier, WLCI cannot be held liable.
  6.         Applicant is held responsible to ensure that the transaction via card (Debit/Credit) is processed
  7.        Post admission, if a student drops out at any time throughout the duration of the course, the College will not refund the deposit.
  8.        All refunds are at the discretion of the Management team at WLCI College.
